Where are your products manufactured?

All of our jewelry is crafted in our family workshop in Bratislava, where traditional craftsmanship meets modern technology. We use recycled precious metals and ethically sourced gemstones, working only with trusted European partners. Each piece is made to order with careful attention, combining durability, beauty, and authenticity. Before shipping, every piece goes through strict quality control to ensure it meets our highest standards.

What is the return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry. If for any reason it doesn’t feel right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Just write to us at prostobymkin@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging. Personalized pieces (such as engraved or custom-made items) and worn jewelry cannot be returned.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g. size or style), the customer covers return shipping. If the jewelry has a production defect or doesn’t match its description, we’ll cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and check the jewelry.

When will I get my order?

We process orders Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 20:00 (Warsaw/Belgrade time).

If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

Our jewelry is made especially for you.
We need 2–3 weeks for production. After that, your piece will be carefully packed and handed over to a courier service.

How to care for my jewelry?

Our pieces are designed to live with you every day, and with a little care they will stay beautiful for years to come. To protect them, always put your jewelry on last, after perfume, creams, or hairspray, and try to avoid contact with water, chlorine, cleaning products, or cosmetics. It’s best to take your jewelry off before sports, swimming, visiting the sauna, or going to sleep.

When not worn, jewelry should be stored separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches, and kept away from direct sunlight and humidity. Gold can be cleaned gently with warm soapy water and a soft cloth or brush, while silver benefits from polishing with a special silver cloth. If tarnish appears, a silver-cleaning solution can be used with care, followed by rinsing. Gemstones and pearls are best maintained by simply wiping them with a soft, dry cloth and keeping them away from chemicals.

Over time, rhodium and gold plating may naturally fade with wear — this is completely normal. If needed, the plating can always be refreshed by a professional service, helping your jewelry regain its original shine.
